Refund policy
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been processed and shipped.
Refunds or replacements will only be issued if:
- The incorrect item was sent, or
- The item arrived damaged due to an error on our end.
If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Failure to report an issue within this timeframe will result in the claim being denied.
